Trade-Technical College

Founded in 1925, Los Angeles Trade-Technical College is the oldest of the nine colleges in the Los Angeles Community College District. LATTC is well known for offering students, adults and the community high-quality academic, technical and professional educational opportunities. Continuing its legacy of high quality educational programs, LATTC is opening new classroom buildings; student services building; laboratories; parking facilities; athletic field; and centers for child development, construction trades, technical education, culinary/hospitality arts, and performing arts /entertainment with Bond and State funds.

Art and Culinary Arts Building

When complete, this state-of-the-art building and surrounding area will be home to college’s culinary arts facilities, including a servery, multipurpose dining room and instructional labs along with new classrooms, offices and a lounge. An herb garden, solar power panels and exterior plaza for outdoor events will also be incorporated.

Learning Resources Center

The Learning Resources Center project replaced the existing Learning Resource Center by utilizing the existing building envelope. Additional interior renovations and the reconstruction of the existing basement provide LATTC with a modernized 97,302 SF Learning Resource Center.
